Flower Substitution Policy

Flowers and plants are natural, seasonal products, and availability may vary depending on the season, market supply and product freshness. Occasionally, a specific flower, colour, container or decorative item shown in a product image may not be available at the time your order is prepared.

When a substitution is necessary, Dajue Garden & Flowers may replace the unavailable item with a similar flower, plant, colour, container or material of equal or greater value. Our team will always make every effort to preserve the overall style, colour palette, size and quality of the original design.

Minor substitutions may be made without prior notice. For any significant change that may noticeably affect the overall appearance of the arrangement, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer before completing the order.
